Rental Information Villa rental is US $4,950 per week or US $707 per day for partial weeks.  There are no seasonal variations of the rate.  A 30 % deposit of the total rental is required to confirm a reservation, with the balance due two months before arrival. In the event of cancellation, a 100% refund will be made if Sol y Mar is rented for the same period. Alternatively, credit will be applied for rental at a future date for a period of one year.   Included in the rental is maid and expert cook service.  Two meals are prepared per day, usually lunch and dinner.  The cost of food is the guest's responsibility. Sol y Mar is completely equipped ready for your enjoyment.  It is supplied with superior quality cutlery, table settings, kitchenware, linen, towels, and even beach towels. Personal laundry service and baby sitting are available at extra cost.  Maximum number of occupants is ten.  Sorry, no pets.
